This nickel-based super alloy powder is similar to alloy 718 and engineered with ceramic constituents, which are designed to enable effective bonding while adhering minimally when cold sprayed using nitrogen carrier gas. Deposits can be ground by either silicon carbide or diamond media. HiT-718-B has low porosity and is inertly vacuum sealed for long shelf life and transport. HiT-718-B can be vacuum packaged in 1, 2.5, 10-pound bags.
